FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The mayor is speaking out about his controversial move to dissolve a deal that funded The Homeland Security Department in Allen County. Mayor Henry says the agreement the city and county had was written too quickly and simply needs to be redone.
